Through structural rawness and transformative design, it creates interchangeable and collectible dressing systems that move with the body—supporting it without restricting it. Working closely with the founder, we developed an identity that guided everything from brand’s name and logo design to the visual system and packaging.Previously known as ‘Street Genderless,’ the brand needed to evolve beyond a limited association with streetwear and better reflect its broader vision and purpose. Materiacruda seeks to redefine luxury streetwear through structural rawness and transformative design, breaking paradigms of gender, aesthetics, and production through a distinctly Latin bizarre aesthetic.&nbsp; Materiacruda needed a symbol that embodied it’s evolution and strengthened it’s recognition. The monogram—defined by elegance and structure—became the core of the visual identity. The system is built from the essential and explores the elemental. Its components interact, create tension, and overlap in a constant process of reconstruction that expresses the brand’s transformative character. Anchored in black and off-white, with a range of greys as support, the color palette emerges from the products and extends across all communications. Photography: Thistopia Films Fonts in use: WT Scrappa by Wise Type, Ivar Text by Letters From Sweden &amp; Scto Grotesk B by Schick Toikka Torah Tropical is a documentary film that explores the peculiar phenomenon of Latin American Evangelical Christians converting to Orthodox Judaism and reveals Zionism’s troubling relationship with race and the idea of a Promised Land. It depicts the lengths people will go to in order to improve their lives, find where they belong, and affirm their faith despite struggle and hardship. The production company Thistopia Films tasked us with creating the brand identity, poster design, and title sequence for the film, along with promotional assets for its international festival tour launch and digital presence. The film follows the journey of a family in Cali, Colombia, who has converted to Orthodox Judaism and longs to escape to Jerusalem, believing the Promised Land is calling them home. The family not only faces migratory and economic barriers but also the invisible walls of religion and culture. The documentary’s identity had to capture the family’s quest for identity and belonging while visually conveying these complex themes in a poetic and clear way. To represent this conflict, we developed a visual language where rigidity and organicity coexist. We chose a bold, compressed logotype that asserts itself against the tropical landscapes where the documentary takes place. These opposing elements reflect the tension between the strict structure of religion and the fluid, organic nature of the tropics. This contrast extends across the entire identity through the clash of photographs, color palettes, and the juxtaposition of a sans-serif and script typeface, reinforcing the film’s themes throughout Win Sports is a leading sports media channel and streaming platform showcasing Colombian sports. With a comprehensive omni-channel strategy, Win Sports connects the audience with the sports community through traditional broadcast, online streaming, and social media. The mission is to highlight the stories, struggles, and triumphs of local athletes. Win Sports needed a new visual identity to modernize its brand and resonate with its audience. The goal was to celebrate and promote Colombian sports by placing athletes at the core of the brand’s identity. Additionally, Win Sports aimed to diversify and amplify the spectrum of sports and stories covered, unearthing new ones, and becoming a champion for sports in general. A stronger visual identity and language were necessary to achieve these goals. The new visual system focuses on celebrating and promoting Colombian sports by making athletes the focal point of the brand identity. By spotlighting their stories, Win Sports aims to turn athletes into relatable and inspiring heroes for the audience. The Win Sports logo was redesigned, building on the previous visual identity to ensure the new identity is strong and impactful. The logo’s geometry became the foundation of the visual system. Using its diagonals, graphic elements were created to support the new identity, forming dynamic compositions that highlight a growing roster of athletes. These brand gestures, angles, and geometries communicate the idea of creating a spotlight for athletes and emerging sports. Festival Cordillera is an annual cultural celebration nestled within the scenic landscapes of the Andean mountain range. Against the backdrop of Bogotás eastern hills, the festival provides a platform for artists and performers, the festival showcases a lineup comprising the region's rock legends, traditional folk music, up-and-coming artists, and new genres.&nbsp; The event offers a dynamic and immersive experience that celebrates the enduring legacy of Latin American culture while embracing innovation and creativity. Festival Cordillera faces the challenge of elevating Latin America's vibrant music scene to international prominence while preserving its unique cultural identity. Serving as a stage for artists and performers, the festival grapples with curating a diverse lineup that encapsulates the essence of Latin American music while resonating with international audiences. The challenge lies in striking a balance between celebrating the rich heritage and traditions of Latin American music and embracing innovation to propel it onto the international stage. We collaborated with artist Manuel Hernandez Ruiz, integrating his illustrations of erupting mountains and celestial motifs into our branding, aiming to convey Latin America's "burning creativity" and its growing cultural relevance in the global music scene. Additionally, we introduced three fonts—Frente Nacional, Imperial, and Akino—inspired by Colombian artist Antonio Caro. These fonts pay homage to Caro's influential work, infusing our brand with cultural depth and artistic resonance while celebrating his contribution to Latin American art. <img width="2400" González Documentary Photography: Páramo Presenta Fonts in use: Marr Sans by Commercial Type &amp; Favorit by ABC Dinamo Tropicana Club is a musical project from Cali, Colombia. Formed in 2020 by Juan S. González with influence from genres such as New wave, Synth-pop, Sophisti-pop and Post-punk, without losing the spirit of the moment. Looking for a new musical and visual direction after releasing 2 EP's, he decided to release several singles to explore the new path he wanted to take. The design seeks to give a stronger and bolder voice to the artist, with bright colors and powerful typography, which captured the essence of what Tropicana Club was. The windows respond to the emotional connection as a look at the intimacy of what he wanted to convey in these songs. The singles materialize a cycle of consolidation of the project's identity, from its digital launch to its show at the Estéreo Picnic Festival, the most important music festival in the country. <img United by Letterbox&nbsp; Tropicália is a coffee roaster that specializes in sourcing, toasting and exporting speciality coffees from Colombia and the region. S&amp;Co was called to design the brand identity &amp; packaging for the launch of their first retail space located in Bogotá — since then we have remained an active partner as they grow and experiment with different product lines and brand experiences. Tropicália’s leadership is deeply motivated by their relentless quest to achieve a state of perfect happiness and fulfillment in every cup of coffee — this adventurous spirit became our main source of inspiration when thinking of the new identity, while also conveying their commitment to quality, bold flavor profiles, and social responsibility. Our work consisted of celebrating the brand’s passion and deep appreciation for the vibrant and enigmatic experience of the tropics. We created an invigorating and brightly colored visual language that breathes life into Tropicália, together with carefully crafted custom illustrations that highlight Tropicália’s audacious Estéreo Picnic is a renowned music festival that takes place annually in Bogotá, Colombia. It brings together a diverse lineup of local and international artists across various genres, offering a vibrant and immersive musical experience during 4 days in May. In 2022, after two years of absence due to the global pandemic, the festival made its long awaited return. We decided to celebrate the 2022 edition with the fans. We drew inspiration from the festival’s shared experiences — Bogotá’s unpredictable weather, muddy shoes, raincoats, sunglasses, hats, lighters, tarps, tents, etc — to design and identity system that builds from our collective memories and forges a direct connection with our audience by turning our mutual experiences into a common language, speaking directly to our shared sense of community. The festival’s main stage served as the cornerstone for the new visual framework, providing a solid foundation, as well as bringing coherence and order to the festival’s visual communications. Additionally, we introduced a flexible icon system that added versatility, energy, and diversity into the brand language. With its relatability, our identity resonated with both past and new festival-goers, establishing an authentic connection. The demand for tickets to the music festival was incredibly high, resulting in a sold-out event within hours. Estéreo Picnic’s 2022 edition became one of the best-selling of all time, a testament to the identity’s success in celebrating shared experiences. <img width="3000" height="1687" width_o="3000"
